Established in the early eighties, the Asset Management Department was vested with the right to manage the assets of the group and pool it in the selected funds in the region and in the international markets.

The Department did an excellent job by investing in medium and long-term funds so as to achieve its planned objective, namely, to maximize the profits on shareholders’ equities. This astounding success is mainly due to its peerless expertise in assessing the fund situations both home and abroad and in maintaining long-standing relations with the regional as well as the international banks. The group’s investments are distributed among various financial tools and funds in which different several countries and their currencies, fund managers, diverse investment styles and sectors are involved.

The NI Group has achieved envious results, through extensive research analysis and due diligence, in the portfolio management of its Asset Management Division which earned the credit of being an icon of success in the field.

The Division will continue its pursuit of achieving the group’s goal and endeavour to preserve an acceptable IRR coupled with acceptable risks.
